Return & Refund Policies

 ALL sales are finals. A return could be accepted if you received the wrong item. 

 To be eligible for a return:

  •  Returns on items eligible for returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date. 
  • You must contact us within 2 days from the delivery date.
  • The print must be in new, unworn condition, in the state you received them and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged products.

To start a return, you have to contact us  first with your details, order number and reason of return. If your return is accepted, we will send you the instructions on how and where to send the item back to us. You will have to send back the item and we will refund the cost of the shipping once we receive it. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will gladly exchange your item but unfortunately we DO NOT make refunds.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

 

 

CANCELLATIONS

We do accept cancellations. The customer has to request the cancellation within 2 hours of purchase.
